Does VRONI offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders over $100.00 USD will ship free of charge. All orders over $200.00 USD that are placed outside of the U.S. ship free of charge. Applicable duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost?
In the U.S. standard shipping is approximately $9.50 USD. Express 2-day shipping is available for $16.50-$19.50 pending weight. Overnight shipping is available for select zip codes at $39.99-$42.99 pending weight. We have calculated shipping rates for international orders, please enter your address in checkout to see specific costs for shipping, duties and taxes.
Free shipping on all national domestic orders over $100.00.
Free shipping on all international orders over $ 200.00.

 

Where do you ship and how long will it take?
For Domestic orders:

We ship nationally and will begin to ship over 35+ countries in September.

Standard and 2-day express national orders will be processed within 2-5 business days providing products are in stock. If products are sold-out that will populate at check out, and if products are on back-order you will be notified upon their arrival in our office. Products are shipped via UPS and FedEx. During holidays, orders may take an additional 1-3 days, please plan accordingly.

  • Ground economy shipping or free shipping: 5-9 business days.
  • Regular ground shipping:  4- 5 business days.
  • 2-day express: 2-3 business days (depending upon if you live in a rural area)
  • Overnight: Next business day.
  • *Please note that shipping days do not include holidays or weekends.

 

For International orders:

  • It may take up to 15 business days depending on customs, destination and shipping carriers.


I just placed an order, when can I expect it to be shipped?
Please note that our fulfillment center works 8am – 4:30 pm to make sure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Currently there is a processing period of 2 – 5 days before orders are filled Monday through Friday. This may include 2-day shipping and overnight express. 

If an order is placed on Friday after 1pm or the weekend, please note that the process period will begin on the coming Monday.

Please note that if you ordered FedEx 2-day or overnight express, the order will be shipped following the process or fulfillment period, and will be shipped according to shipment method chosen at checkout. It will not be shipped the same day.

 

I am placing an international order, must I pay taxes, customs or fees? 
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment may need to pay import taxes, customs duties, and fees, all of which are imposed once the shipment reaches inspection clearance. Potential charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

 

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Please be sure to double-check all your information, billing and shipping addresses prior to checking out to alleviate errors. Customers are responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address if the information was inputted incorrectly.

 

What if I have not received a shipping notification?
If you have noticed an issue with your address, or have not received a shipping notification and tracking number, please contact customerservice@vroni.beauty so that we may do our best to assist you in processing your order.

 

How can I update my billing information?
Our customer service team or fulfillment office does not have the ability to update or upload your private information. For any cards that have been declined during processing for subscriptions, please make sure to log into your vroni.beauty account and go to “Payment Methods,” to update your account.  This should allow you to select your current credit card.
