How to use this PMS Balance formula
Take 3 capsules 2-3 times per day as needed when experiencing PMS signs & symptoms with warm, filtered water. Generally, these symptoms may develop 10 to 3 days prior to the onset of your menstrual cycle. You can also open 3-4 capsules in your protein or smoothie drinks if that is your preference. However, it is most effective taking with warm water.

Dang Gui (Radix Angelica Sinensis) + White Peony (Radix Paeoniae) + FuLing (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos) + Chai Hu (Radix Bupleuri) + Bai Zhu (Dry-fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) + Mu Dan Pi (Coetex Mouran Radicis) + Zhi Zi (Fructus Gardeniae Jasminoidis) + Zhi Gan Cao/honey fried Licorice Root (Honey-fried Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis). 

Caution: This formula contains Dang Gui (Radix Angelica Sinensis), an herb known for nourishing and invigorating blood circulation, regulating menstruation, reducing pain and moistening intestines. Therefore, women on anticoagulant therapies, such as Coumadin, Heparin, Eliquis or Xarelto should not use the formula without medical consultation, as there may be a higher risk of bruising or bleeding.
